Home Made Weight Loss
Apparently, a lot of people, who aren’t necessarily fat, are always on the lookout for different means to lose weight. You’ll be surprised by the thousands or probably millions of methods people have introduced, tried, failed, ignored, or continue to use. Here are just a few of the many ways that people tried to do just to lose weight.

One of the most common ways to do lose weight is by going to the gym. Work out! That’s what they say, but who would actually lose weight when homemade ice cream and pie is calling you next door? Yummy!

Another way to lose the weight is by wearing one of the latest innovations in eye wear, the weight loss sunglasses. This stylish creation when worn will give any food you lay your eyes on a hint of blue. So, theoretically, you will see any kind of food as dull and tasteless. Well, it may seem weird or funny but according to the color of the spectrum, there’s some physiological and psychological explanation to it. Some colors actually stimulate the appetite while some do the opposite, just like the color blue. Blue is in fact the least appetizing color. So let’s start buying our blue sunglasses now!

There are many other ways to lose weight but let’s see one more. This fast food chain from South Korea features the Col-Pop. The Col-Pop is a meal made up of cola and popcorn chicken. Umm, that’s low-calorie, right? Well, kidding aside, this meal is something that will keep your eating to a minimum. They’ve invented a single container that will hold both the nuggets and your drink. Isn’t that something innovative? What’s more is that you get to drink and eat less than a cup. Surely it will cut your eating but I don’t know about the craving. I just have one question though. Will you need to scarf down the chicken right away because the chicken might get cold from the soda? Well who doesn’t want that!
