Stuff I Have Worked On
Stuff I Have Developed
I prefer to walk the talk. Everyone can claim they are what they claim to be. On the Internet, it is easy, and at the same time a dangerous trait that can harm the onlooker (reader).
I developed Loosen.com in the first quarter of 2011. It is a blog dedicated to the career niche. Currently it receives over 15,000 unique visitors a month, 90% of it being from search engines.
It contains 42 well researched articles that cater to topics such as employment, freelancing, human resource, work productivity among others. I plan to up the article numbers to 100 in the coming weeks.
The primary source of income for the blog comes from Google Adsense. Again, in the coming weeks, with new content, I plan to incorporate other modes of monetization.
Digital Photography Basics is owned by a client friend. In 2009, he approached me to market it. Since the niche was a tough one, I decided to take the social media route, primarily Digg, Stumbleupon and Twitter.
Today the blog has 100s of regular followers through RSS and email. The blog has been mentioned in top photography blogs and forums across the Internet, and gets a ton of social media and organic visitors everyday.
The primary source of income again is Google Adsense, followed by Amazon Associates.
In 2009, I developed Everyday Guide implementing the popular how-to model. Everyday Guide soon grew to be a humongous repository of 1000s of guides related to home, health, technology, business, history, parenting and many other topics.
In the second half of 2010, in a lucrative deal, Everyday Guide changed hands. Today Everyday Guide is managed by MemeBridge, a content publishing company. As of this writing, the blog gets over 700,000 visitors per year.
In addition to Adsense, I also utilized Infolinks as a secondary income stream.
I have worked on many projects over the year. Most of the projects were related to niche blogging. There are simply too many to list here. Of course, you can contact me privately for references. Otherwise, the above should give you a good idea of my work.
